Magnetic PVC film based on synthetic rubber in brown. The magnetic side has a lacquered protective layer against damage. The PVC layer is welded onto the magnetic film, therefore no movement between the materials is possible, e.g. during temperature changes.
The edges of the magnetic film retain a clean, uniform appearance. The film has very good adhesion to the substrate (52 cN/cm2 at 0.75 mm thickness) and can be adhered with self-adhesive films, screen printed or painted.
Basic guidelines for the correct use of magnetic films:
the surface on which the magnetic film is applied must always be clean and dry
clean the magnetic layer only with a mild solvent and wipe dry
do not leave the film on the vehicle body permanently, it must be removed at least once a week
Moisture remains under the film, which, together with large temperature fluctuations, damages the vehicle bodywork
when applying to cars, it is important to round the corners for greater adhesion in the area
air pockets must not be left under the film as they can cause it to fall off while driving
apply the film only on well cured paintwork
